Fifth Wedding Anniversary!

Can you believe it!?!?!? Adam and I have been married for an incredible 5 years (Aug. 26th)... It has been the most amazing and happiest 5 years of my life, filled with joy, laughter, and ample love. My life has been truly blessed with this incredible man, and I am so excited for the rest of our lives...
We celebrated with happy hour at a local restaurant and then dinner at another, and of course a random gathering with our Baltimore crew. We had also planned on spending the weekend down in Washington DC doing some restaurant hopping (stalking Anthony Bourdain haunts), but Hurricane Irene put a nice little damper on that one. We still ventured down to DC and stayed at this AWESOME hotel just a block from the White House...so luxurious. We were unable to make it to any of our planned foodie ventures due to down-pouring rain, strong gusts of wind, and power outages....but you know what? We still had a wonderful time. There was a delicious French restaurant in our hotel that we indulged in and then just enjoyed a relaxing weekend away.
